Michael Hernandez has been in the fitness industry since 2006. His love for sports and competition led him to major in Kinesiology at Cal Poly Pomona where he received a full ride scholarship for Track and Field, where he was a 2-time NCAA National qualifier in the Decathlon.
Michael was introduced to CrossFit in 2009, and continued to use the methodology as an off-season training regimen until his college career was complete in 2010. His passion for strength and conditioning continued as he started to coach high school football, wrestling, and track and field athletes.
In 2011, Michael obtained his CrossFit L-1 certification and opened his Gym, where he began training, and competing in various CrossFit events.
In 2014, He earned his individual Southern California Regionals qualification for the first time, placing 7th amongst some of the top competitors of our sport. Later that year, Michael earned himself a spot in the National Pro GRID League, where he was drafted by the LA Reign as a body weight specialist. He was a member of the team for two seasons.
In 2016, Michael joined CrossFit CDR for the Competition season. Michael and team CDR placed 4th in the California Regional, earning themselves a ticket to CrossFit Games, where they placed 7th in the world.
The 2017 CrossFit season was the conception of EVERNOX, where Michael's, NOX Training Gym and Candice's, CrossFit Evermore, joined forces to create TEAM EVERNOX. For two consecutive years the team earned themselves a position at the California Regionals, which then turned into the WEST Regionals.
Michael has a passion for coaching, and bringing the best out of his members, both physically and mentally. Working hard and having fun is the motto he uses to ensure his members are enjoying the process!

Candice Mae Ulibarri
There are few individuals within CrossFit that can match the passion and enthusiasm Candice carries with her.
Her competitive drive has been a cornerstone of her athletic career that saw her and propelled her to national success at California Baptist University, where she was a starting pitcher for all four years.
Candice was inducted into the Lancer Hall of Fame in 2012 as a reward for her leadership and accomplishments.
Her drive and athleticism has served her well as a CrossFit athlete. Candice has qualified for, and competed in, Regionals multiple times as both an individual and team competitor.
Candice's discipline and work ethic have driven her continued improvement as a competitive CrossFit athlete, and her education as a coach.
She continues to build further knowledge and experience within coaching and is one of the most highly trained female coaches within the Inland Empire.
Candice's goal is to help her athletes meet their fitness goals and live a healthier life.
Her infectious smile, enthusiasm for life and encouragement shines through every aspect of her life.
She is so excited to begin this next chapter within her life as a co-owner and coach of CrossFit Evermore.

Kevin has always been involved in sports throughout his life. He played baseball growing up through high-school and has always been one to be seen in the gym lifting heavy weights. Kevin had no desire to do Crossfit, but it wasn’t long till he saw the awesome community and family atmosphere that Crossfit offered that changed his life. Kevin is one of the kindest hearted people you will meet. He is very quiet but has a great deal of knowledge regarding the sport and always wants to help people accomplish their fitness goals. God and Family are first in his life and he loves the fact that Crossfit offers those two things along with making people healthier overall.
One word that could describe Dan is determined. He is always striving to be better and doesn’t stop until he achieves what he has set out to accomplish. Dan owns his own construction business and knows what it means to work hard and what it takes to be successful. Dan has been doing Crossfit for a little over 2 years and loves the changes he has seen in his life. He loves that Crossfit is a very humbling experience and when you finally get better at one thing, there is something else that you can always work on. Dan has a profound love of friends and family and truly cares about each person that walks into the box. He has battled his way through several injuries and understands that there will be times where you have to modify workouts and it is still rewarding when you finish. Dan played soccer in high-school and loves that Crossfit has brought the sense of competition back into his life.
